Our company mission is to promote affordable and healthy lifestyles for all families, whose parents are busy working. We research on the needs of the modern family and develop new state-of-the-art innovations and products.

We first launched our flagship product, Enviro TM - the world first portable, multi-purpose clothes and laundry dryer using Positive Co-efficient Temperature (PTC) intelligent heating technology in Oct 2004. . We leverage on and harness the intelligent ceramic heating technology to develop the world's first unconventional laundry dryer. Please Exhibits 1, 2 & 3 of our first generation of the Enviro TM model CD-26 clothes dryer. We registered our design with The Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (PHIM) in Oct 2004 and were awarded the PHIM Certification in Feb 2005.

Our 2nd generation of the Enviro TM was launched in July 2005 and was registered with IPOS in Singapore in Aug 2005. Please see Exhibits 4, 5 & 6 of our 2nd generation of Enviro TM model CD-50A clothes dryer.

Most importantly, we have added more safety features to prevent users from being electrocuted when touching the metal structure and shut the machine down when over-heating occurs due to clothing accidentally covering up the hot air outlet. We also introduced a new digital auto timer with LED display and an auto clothes moisture sensor that can detect when the targeted piece of clothes is already dry and shut the machine down automatically. Again, a first in the world!

Basing on customer feedback and our continuous R&D effort, we made the following improvement in our next model CD-50B and CD-50ED, which was launched in May 2006. Again, these are first in the world features.


	1. New 3-ply, high quality, tough-to-tear plastic cover with new zips (Exhibit 7).	2. New non-breakable plastic housing for the blower/heater unit with new-look 5-button stainless steel panel.		3. New digital 5-button or 3-button digital LED display with beeper alarm (Exhibit 8).


		5. New replaceable or washable air filter that can be clipped on/off for easy maintenance.
		6. Better design and quality of the aluminium structure for easy installation and dismantling.
		7. Heater element that can deliver 85degC at hot air outlet instead of 75degC to help dry clothes faster.
4. New design for the 6-arm swivelling adapter that can be lifted up and down (Exhibit 9) to allow more space for hanging clothes.

We re-branded and improved our Enviro TM model CD-26 into Kawaki CD-26 and re-launched this manual knob model in June 2006 for the lower price market (Exhibit 10 & 11).

We have been doing our market research and have identified two main challenges – making our drying buddy cheaper so that more families can buy and meeting niche market needs.

To keep with making our drying buddy affordable to families with lower disposable income, we have improved and re-designed the Kawaki CD-26 and recently introduced the new Kawaki RR-6XX series with totally wow! new look with new soft transparent cover with cute Drying Buddy mascot. Model RR-60-00 is the cheapest price model that all families can afford.

We have observed that families with babies have very unique requirement of heavy and quick turnover of baby clothes and towels. Similarly, saloons are trying to find more cost effective solutions to have dry and fresh towels for their customers.

Kawaki RR-6XX series are also designed for families with babies and the Model RR-60-25 come with 25-arm swiveling middle adapter that allow users to slip on up to 25 pieces of baby clothing to dry at one go.

Kawaki RR-60-50 is designed for the hair and beauty saloons that come with top and middle 25-arm swivel adapters that allow users to dry up to 50 pieces of hand towels at one go, enabling saloons to better manage their towel needs cost effectively and giving their customer fresher towels always.

Option to the expensive tumbler dryer. It is also multi-purpose and can even double up as a heater to keep room warm and will keep clothes, bed-sheets, pillows, etc dust, germs and mites free. Generally, every family can afford to have an additional option like Kawaki drying Buddy to compliment what they have been doing and help overcome their drying woes, anytime and anywhere.

With our committed management team, we continue to research the market and new technologies to develop and improve our products. As pioneer in this new market, we believe in our journey and success to achieve our company mission to promote and make affordable healthy and safe lifestyle for all families in the world. We have factory manufacturing under license for us in Zhongshan (Exhibit 12 & 13), China to allow us to make our products cheaper and affordable to our customers. However, we have management team on site to ensure IP protection, quality control and timely delivery.
